I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2017 with a B.S. in Neuroscience. For the next two years, I worked as a project coordinator at the University of Iowa studying the genetics of autism. Here at Penn State, my current research interests are in personalizing psychotherapy to the client, using constructs both transtheoretical and transdiagnostic, and improving dissemination of psychotherapy research and accessibility of care. My master’s thesis project investigated the effects of sleep difficulties, using the reports of both client and clinician, on college counseling center client outcomes. Outside of academia, I enjoy hiking around Centre County, spending time with friends, my boyfriend, and my corgi (Pockets), playing board games, and constantly starting (/sometimes finishing) craft projects.
